This traditional stone house is situated on a south-facing hill just below the beautiful village of Fayence. It is spacious with a large garden but still within walking distance of the village with its great restaurants and market.
The villa offers four bedrooms all with en-suite bath or shower rooms and it sleeps 8.
There is a large open living area and a well-equipped kitchen which opens onto a covered terrace. The dining area is next to the kitchen and there is a smaller separate TV area. One double bedroom is situated on the ground floor with the remaining three on the first floor. The upper bedrooms have air conditioning.
The 5m x 12m private pool is just below the house offering beautiful views. It has steps and a large terrace for sun bathing and relaxing and is secured with an alarm.
The property is enclosed and opens with remote control electric gates. There is plenty of parking space including a carport offering shade.
