This beautiful restored bergerie is situated just 1.5 kilometres from the medieval village of Seillans in a quiet area with stunning views. It is nestled in a lovely 5,130 m2 terraced garden with old olive trees and orchards of apricots, peaches, apples and figs. The terrace has a delightfully shaded area for outside dining. The 12m x 6m pool site is at a pleasant distance from the house and is enclosed as well as having a pool alarm. There is a large terrace around the pool for sunbathing and relaxing.
Although this is an old property it is a real pearl, fully renovated in good taste retaining its Provencal charm throughout with white walls, low ceilings and old wooden beams.
The master bedroom leads onto a terrace and from there you have a magnificient view. The house has thick walls which keeps it cool in the summer.
The property has five bedrooms in all and three bath or shower rooms sleeping 9. It is suitable for younger children.
