The house:
Moncalaise is a very charming villa, located just above the medieval village of Fayence close to the beaches of Cannes and Frejus. It is south–west facing with beautiful views from the garden and pool area toward the Esterel Mountains. You will be able to pop down to the bakery for the fresh croissants in the morning and enjoy a glass of wine with dinner at one of the numerous good restaurants without having to drive home. The popular village market in the Place de l’Église in front of the 18th century church is open three times a week and gives the village a very special atmosphere.
The kidney-shaped pool is situated on the summit of the garden affording fantastic views. There is a large floodlit garden and the property is very private despite the fact that it is right in the village.
The house has two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and it has a large partly covered terrace for outdoor dining and BBQing. It sleeps four comfortably and is ideal for two couples holidaying together or for a family.
