The house has reversible air conditioning throughout.
A second sitting room is useful for relaxation or for the children to take a break from the sun.
There are ample terraced areas for dining and a summer kitchen with further seating area at garden level.
For winter evenings the property benefits from a large woodburner in the sitting room with the benefit of warm air from the reversible air conditioning system.
Further Details
The swimming pool has a heater which can raise the temperature of the pool to 3 or 4 degrees above air temperature and this can be used in the months where the pool needs an extra boost.
