This charming 165 m2 villa lies in grounds of a beautiful old chateau on a hillside outside the medieval village of Montauroux. The villa enjoys magnificent panoramic views over the valley and has a beautiful garden. The house was built on two levels with a separate apartment on the lower level and the main house on the upper level. A covered balcony runs along the house, lending the house additional charm and providing the perfect view of the valley.
A large terrace surrounds a pretty swimming pool. The garden has several terraces, one for the pool, one for shade and one for the evening BBQ. There is also a separate area for children with swings.

September 2015 “A delightful property, great views”
This property was offered as our first choice was unavailable… what a stroke of luck!! It is very well maintained, is secluded yet not far from the local facilities. It has a sunny aspect in which to lounge around the welcoming pool. There are areas in the garden that offer shade during the heat of the day.
The local restaurants offer a variety of standards; our personal favourites were Carré D’Ange (don’t be fooled by the street view picture on Google) and Moulin de la Camandoule both of which offer a true “fine dining” experience.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone who wishes to take a relaxing break in this part of Provence
We stayed at Jasmine in August 2014 and it was fabulous. The villa is perfect as is the outside eating area. We booked without really knowing of the company or the area itself and where not disappointed with either. Montouroux is lovely with good restaurants and a lovely buzzy town. Our favourite part about the whole holiday was the closeness to Lac de Cassien which is just lovely. We would not hesitate to come to this villa again.
Our visit to Maison Jasmine was planned as a place to relax and unwind and this charming villa did not disapoint. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, designed for easy living. Much of the time was spent on the wide verandas, which run along two sides of the property, enjoying a meal and admiring the spectacular views down the valley. We soon fell into an easy routine of exploring the surrounding countryside in the morning and relaxing around the pool in the afternoon. Late afternoons were spent following the setting sun, taking tea at one of the many seating areas in the garden. The warm evenings found us once again on the verandas or visiting one of the delightful “Perched Villages” in search of a place to eat. The location of the villa enabled us to visit a number of places of interest including the spectacular Gorges du Verdun, the limestone caves above the River Siagne, the perfumeries of Grasse and the Grand Prix Circuit in Monte Carlo. The whole pace of life engendered a sense of contentment and well being and Maison Jasmine is definitely on our list of places to re-visit.

Our family holidayed for the first time in Maison Jasmin in the summer of 2010. We chose the property from the website and were obviously slightly nervous whether the house would actually match the description on the site. We need not have worried; the property far exceeded all our expectations: it was tastefully furnished, spacious and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked: no broken crockery or mismatching glasses here! The nights we decided to stay in and cook, we never felt that something was missing, the kitchen was perfect! The entire house had a real feeling of homeliness attached to it and it was obvious that the owners had gone to great lengths to ensure that their quests felt comfortable. The house also has a little one bedroom apartment in the basement (with views) which is ideal if you are intending to have family or friends over. The pool was clean and we spent a lot of time there. Also, Anette and Evelyn were always very friendly and helpful. We were happily surprised to discover that the property is very private. We could not see into anyone else s garden which meant that we could not be seen either. The views from the balcony over the Esterel Mountains were spectacular and we never got tired of sitting outside admiring the views over a glass of delicious local wine! When we started thinking about holidays for the summer 2011 we didn t have to think too hard. Maison Jasmin is for us a wonderful haven in the Provence and we can t wait to be back next summer.
We had a marvellous spring week at your lovely house. We especially appreciated the long-distance views, which we learned stretch all the way to the coast. Our long lazy lunches on the terrace listening to the birds (and nothing else!) were really memorable. The mimosa blossom was still out, which made for dramatic splashes of yellow on the hillsides. The house itself feels very traditional – especially the massive fireplace, which we did use on a couple of eveinings. It is very well equippped & very comfortable – especially the kitchen. You’ve thought of everything for the visitor. We particularly liked the way the garden has several separate sitting areas to suit the different times of the day. It was spotlessly clean, everything was prepared for us, and your very efficient agent welcomed us and showed us how things worked, so we were able to begin planning our sightseeing on the very first evening with the aid of all the information on the area you had thoughtfully provided. There’s certainly plenty to do in the area: we visited the surrounding villages, sampled perfumes in Grasse & walked on the coast between Cannes & Antibes. The Esterel hills near the coast looked inviting, as did the nearby Lake St Cassien, but we’ll have to leave them for next time! Thank you for a very relaxing week.

We had a glorious week here in September 08. What we particularly remember is sitting out on the verandah on balmy moonlit evenings with a glass of wine looking down through the tree-covered hill sides – beautiful! The gardens are fabulous – we picked tangerines from the tree and ate them for lunch by the pool. The villa is in a stunning position, very well equipped and maintained and feels secluded although only minutes away from all the shops you are likely to need and plenty of good restaurants. Montauroux is a pretty village with a market. There are lovely walks and drives to be had and the Mediterranean coast is not far away. We enjoyed it so much, we plan to return in 2009.

A wonderful place to stay and the organisation made arriving, the stay and leaving incredibly hassle free. Very much as described, although nothing prepares you for the aromas and sounds. Montauroux and the surrounding areas make this a place we will come back to again and again. Looking forward to relaxing by the pool with a glass of something next year!
