The company is run out of London but we have family members living in the area who manage the properties.

How to pay

You pay nothing when you make your availability enquiry.

When we confirm availability, you are asked to make a 30% deposit within 8 days to secure your booking. Please pay this by direct transfer to our UK bank.

The balance of your rental fee and the refundable breakage deposit of 25% of the total rental is due 6 weeks before your villa rental commences.

We will send you a rental contract which includes all the payment conditions.
